Steven Talay joined IPG in 2020 and is the Director of Construction. Mr. Talay is responsible for the management of on-going development projects as well as being part of the asset management team.
Steven Talay has over 30 years of experience working in the New York Construction Industry. In that time he has worked with some of the most prestigious Developers and Construction Firms in the City. He has extensive experience building and developing, residential, hotel and mixed-use properties.
Mr. Talay has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Law Degree from New York Law School.
